• Asbestos testing/survey. Before we give you an estimate or start work, we do thorough asbestos testing to assess the extent of the problem. This process is an asbestos building survey or partial survey to satisfy each project which is required by the state of Michigan asbestos program and the DNR&E.
• Repairing loose asbestos. If it’s possible to do repairs so the asbestos is appropriately contained, our asbestos team will know how to do the job.  This also considered to be an encapsulation hindering the release of asbestos fibers.
• Removing asbestos siding, asbestos shingles, asbestos insulation, asbestos tile, pipes, valves, boilers, ducts, and other products and equipment that contain asbestos. Our field personnel adhere to the Clean Air Act of 1970, the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), and related laws and regulations administered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)which has recently changed to DNR&E, the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA), and other federal and state agencies.

• Appropriate work practice standards. Once we start an asbestos job, our personnel use only those work practices suitable and personal protection for the type and condition of the asbestos-containing materials involved.
